Why can't I find my wallet in the payment search?
The wallet search picker during renewal or crypto checkout may not show every wallet type. Here is how to make yours appear.
SafePal and mobile wallets
- Connect via WalletConnect on the main OtoCo site first
- Then open the renewal or payment flow — the connected address should populate
WalletConnect session
- If the picker is empty, your WalletConnect session may have expired — reconnect from the header Connect button
- Use the wallet's built-in browser to open otoco.io for a more stable connection
Safe (multisig)
The picker searches for EOA wallets connected in your browser. If your entity is owned by a Safe, connect with one of the Safe owner keys, or pay renewal by card instead.
Hardware wallets
Connect through MetaMask or your hardware wallet's bridge, then retry the search.
