How do I set up auto-renewal with crypto?
Crypto auto-renewal lets you pay annual entity renewals onchain from your wallet instead of a saved card.
How to set up
- Open your entity DashPanel before your renewal date
- Start the renewal flow when prompted (or ask OtoCo AI: "Set up crypto auto-renewal")
- Connect the wallet you want to use for renewals
- Approve the onchain renewal transaction when your renewal window opens
Wallet search issues
If your wallet does not appear in the payment search picker:
- SafePal / mobile wallets — connect via WalletConnect first, then retry the renewal flow
- Wrong network — switch to Polygon (default) or the chain where your entity lives
- Different wallet — make sure you are connected with the wallet that owns the Entity NFT
