- Upload your Certificate of Formation and enter legal name, state, filing date

- OtoCo files a Change of Registered Agent, orders/replaces your EIN, and activates VMA (year one free)
Same legal entity
BYOE does not dissolve or re-form your LLC. Your filing date, EIN (if you had one), and legal identity stay the same. OtoCo becomes your registered agent.
After year one
Your entity converts to standard Standalone LLC pricing — $299/yr for registered agent. VMA renews at $249/yr if you keep it.
