How do I use the Workbench?
Workbench is the full AI workspace inside OtoCo — persistent chat history, entity context, and in-chat actions.
How to open Workbench
- Account level — https://otoco.io/account → Workbench, or https://otoco.io/dashpanel/workbench
- Entity level — open the Workbench tab (marked AI) on any entity
- Ask bar — send a message while logged in from the bottom Ask OtoCo AI bar
What Workbench provides
- Chat history — conversations persist across sessions
- Entity picker — choose which entity Genco acts on
- In-chat payment cards — checkout links for EIN, Mercury, renewals
- Forms and status updates — when Genco triggers an order
Tips
- Be specific: "Order an EIN for my Wyoming Series LLC"
- Switch entities in the picker before asking about a different company
- Say "not now" if you are only exploring — Genco won't charge you

Guests can preview a short chat from the Ask bar. Sign in to save history and execute paid actions.
