Transaction failed during formation or payment
Onchain transactions can fail during formation, plugin installs, or renewal payments. Here is how to diagnose and fix the most common errors.
Insufficient gas
- Ensure your wallet has enough MATIC (Polygon), ETH (Ethereum), or the native token of your network
- Keep a small buffer — don't spend your last wei on the transaction
Wrong network
- Confirm your wallet is on the same chain as your entity
- OtoCo defaults to Polygon — switch networks in your wallet if prompted
"Cannot fulfill request" / RPC errors
- RPC nodes occasionally time out — wait 30 seconds and retry
- Disconnect and reconnect your wallet
- Try again during lower-traffic periods
User rejected
If you clicked Reject in your wallet, the transaction was cancelled. No funds were spent except any prior successful payments. Start the flow again.
Card payment succeeded but mint failed
Your card charge may have gone through while the onchain mint failed. Open Workbench and tell Genco what happened, or contact support with your payment receipt and wallet address.
Blockchain is irreversible
Successful onchain transactions cannot be undone. Double-check the network and amount before signing.
