OtoCo AI handles most day-to-day questions. For issues Genco cannot resolve, human support is available.

When to contact support

  • Payment charged but service not activated
  • EIN form stuck on loading after multiple troubleshooting attempts
  • Document download failures that persist across browsers
  • Mercury application errors on OtoCo's side
  • Account access issues (wrong wallet, missing entity)

How to reach support

  1. Ask Genco first"I need human support" — it may resolve the issue or route you correctly
  2. Email — contact the OtoCo team via the support email listed on otoco.io or in your account emails
  3. Telegram — join the OtoCo community on Telegram for peer help

What to include

  • Entity legal name and Token ID
  • Wallet address used at formation
  • Screenshot of the error
  • Transaction hash (if an onchain payment failed)
