What is my entity's legal name and address?

Your entity's legal name, formation date, and addresses are shown on the Overview tab of your DashPanel.

Legal name

• Delaware Series — typically Your Name LLC, a Series of OtoCo DE LLC (you may also use Your Name LLC in practice)
• Wyoming Series — OtoCo WY LLC – Your Name – Series LLC
• Standalone LLC — exactly as filed with the state, e.g. Your Name LLC
• BYOE — your existing legal name as on the Certificate of Formation

The full legal name also appears on your Operating Agreement cover page and EIN letter (when issued).

Formation date

Shown on the Overview tab as Entity Creation Date. For BYOE entities, this is your original state filing date — not the date you joined OtoCo.

Registered agent address

OtoCo serves as your registered agent. Addresses on file:

• Delaware Series — 131 Continental Drive Suite 305, Newark, New Castle, Delaware 19713
• Wyoming — 30 N. Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801

This is where state notices and official mail arrive. It is not the same as your business operating address.

Business / mailing address

For bank applications and contracts, you may need a separate address:

• Virtual Mailing Address ($249/yr) — a real U.S. address with mail scanning and forwarding
• Your own physical address — if you have one in the U.S.
