My document download won't work
If documents won't load or download from the DashPanel, try these fixes.
Quick fixes
- Hard refresh — Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R
- Different browser — Chrome or Firefox recommended
- Disable ad blockers — they sometimes block PDF downloads
- Check entity status — expired entities still have Files & Templates, but some docs may be unavailable if formation never completed
Certificate of Formation (Series)
Series COFs are also hosted at https://compliance.otoco.io — try downloading from there if the DashPanel link fails.
EIN letter missing
The EIN letter uploads only after the IRS issues your number. If you paid but don't have a letter yet:
- Confirm you completed the Tax ID plugin form
- Check EIN processing time
Permission errors
Make sure you are connected with the wallet that owns the Entity NFT. Other wallets cannot access the entity bucket.

If downloads still fail after troubleshooting, contact support with your entity name, Token ID, and which document you need.
