Q: How do I set up a multisig (Safe) wallet?

Entity-controlled Safe wallets on Polygon.

The Entity Wallet plugin deploys a Safe (multisig) wallet controlled by your entity — free, you pay only gas. By default, Safe wallets deploy on Polygon.

Create a new Entity Wallet

Open Plugins → Add → Entity Wallet
Add co-owner wallet addresses (your connected wallet is the first owner)
Set the signing threshold (e.g. 2 of 3)
Click Deploy and sign the transaction

Link an existing Safe

If you already have a Safe with the same owners, paste its address to attach it to your entity without deploying a new contract.

Best practices

Use a threshold of at least 2 for any wallet holding real value
Include a hardware wallet signer for cold storage
Add the Safe address to your accounting tools (Den, Multis, etc.)

Where to find it later

The deployed wallet appears on your entity's Finance tab. OtoCo AI can query it: "What's my Entity Wallet balance?"

Polygon default

Entity Wallet (Safe) deploys on Polygon by default for lower gas costs. Your entity NFT may be on a different chain — the Safe is a separate onchain address.
