What payment methods does OtoCo accept?
OtoCo accepts multiple payment methods depending on what you are buying.
Credit and debit card
Most OtoCo services — formation fees, EIN, Mercury application, tax filings, plugins — can be paid by credit or debit card via Stripe checkout. Saved cards enable one-click checkout on repeat orders.
Crypto / wallet
Formation and onchain operations can be paid in crypto:
- Entity formation mint fees are paid onchain in the native gas token of your chosen network
- Annual renewals can be paid onchain via crypto auto-renewal
- Some checkout flows offer crypto as an alternative to card
What requires a wallet signature
Even if you pay by card, onchain actions (formation mint, plugin installs, entity close) require you to sign a transaction in your connected wallet. Card payment covers the service fee; gas is separate.
Gas is separate
All listed prices are above blockchain gas fees. Budget a small amount of ETH, MATIC, or other native token for onchain transactions.
