Your entity renewal date is exactly one year from formation (or from your last successful renewal).

- Overview tab — look for Renewal Date or Expiry Date
- Ask OtoCo AI: "When does this entity expire?"
Renewal window
OtoCo emails you 30 days and 7 days before your renewal is due. You can renew early from the DashPanel renewal prompt.
On-time vs overdue pricing

Don't let it lapse
An expired entity risks losing good standing with the state. The Tax Center and Files & Templates tabs remain available on expired entities, but banking and plugins may be limited.
