When renewals are due
Your Renewal Date is shown on the entity Overview tab — exactly one year from formation (or from your last renewal). OtoCo emails you 30 and 7 days before expiry.
How to renew
- Click the renewal prompt in your DashPanel
- Ask OtoCo AI: "Renew my LLC"
- Set up crypto auto-renewal to pay onchain automatically
Renew on time
Late renewals incur overdue surcharges and can put your entity at risk of administrative dissolution by the state.
