How do I download my entity documents?
Entity documents are available from the Files & Templates tab and the Overview tab in your DashPanel.
Available documents
| Document | When available |

| Operating Agreement | Immediately after formation |
| Certificate of Formation | Series — via Files & Templates or compliance.otoco.io; Standalone — when state issues it |
| EIN letter (CP 575) | After EIN is issued ($189 add-on) |
| Articles of Association | Swiss Associations and (D)UNAs |
How to download
- Go to https://otoco.io/account
- Select your entity from the dropdown
- Open Files & Templates
- Click the document name to view or download
EIN numbers also appear on the Overview tab once issued.
