Q: How do I get started with OtoCo?

Connect your wallet, pick a jurisdiction, and form your first entity.

Getting started on OtoCo takes a few minutes. Here is the standard path for a new Delaware or Wyoming Series LLC.

Step 1 — Open the formation flow

Go to https://otoco.io/spinup or click Create your company / Spin up new entity on otoco.io.

Step 2 — Pick a jurisdiction

Choose Delaware (versatile workhorse for most businesses) or Wyoming (crypto-native, strong privacy). See Choosing the Right Incorporation if you are unsure.

For Swiss Associations or (D)UNAs, pick those options on the same spinup page.

Step 3 — Connect your wallet

Click Connect and choose your wallet provider. OtoCo also supports email login via Privy if you prefer not to connect a wallet first.

Step 4 — Name your entity and pick add-ons

Enter your preferred company name and click Check Availability. Toggle any add-ons you need:

Tax ID (EIN) — $189 once
Virtual Mailing Address — $249/yr
Standalone LLC — $299/yr (independent LLC with its own Certificate of Formation)

Step 5 — Pay and activate

Pay with card or crypto. The smart contract forms your entity onchain. You land in your DashPanel at https://otoco.io/account.

Already have an LLC?

Use Bring Your Own Entity (BYOE) at https://otoco.io/llc/bring-your-own — $149 one-time for Delaware or Wyoming, including year-one EIN and Virtual Mailing Address.

After formation

Open Workbench and ask OtoCo AI: "Order an EIN", "Apply for Mercury banking"
Install plugins from the Plugins tab — Safe wallets, Mint Tokens, Add Members
File taxes from the Tax Center if you are a foreign-owned U.S. LLC
