Understanding OtoCo Points
OtoCo Points is OtoCo's loyalty program. Points are earned by forming entities, adding plugins, renewing on time, and amplifying OtoCo via socials β and they translate into OTOCO token allocations at Settlement Day.
β Season 1 of the OtoCo Points Campaign concluded on March 31, 2025. The points dashboard at https://otoco.io/points is now a read-only summary of your performance in Season 1. To claim tokens for accumulated points, your wallet must have had more than 5 points on Settlement Day.

How you earned points in Season 1
There were two main ways:
1. On OtoCo β Up to 200 points per action.
- Create a new entity
- Add a plugin (Mint Tokens, Safe, ENS, Add Members)
- Pay for an OtoCo service (EIN, VMA, Standalone, BYOE, Mercury banking)
- Enable automated renewal on an entity β +150 bonus points per entity that opted in
2. Via socials β Up to 50 points per action.
You logged into the OtoCo social campaign page (linked from https://otoco.io/points) and completed campaign tasks β share posts, retweet OtoCo, etc.

Legacy user gift
If your wallet had created at least one OtoCo entity before the campaign launch date, you automatically received 200 points per entity credited to your points balance. No action required.
Settlement Day
Settlement Day is the point at which Season 1 points are converted to OTOCO token allocations.
- Your wallet must have been active and connected on Settlement Day with > 5 eligible points.
- Points are non-transferable: they are tied to the wallet (or DID) that earned them.
- If you migrated a wallet address (merged it into another DID) during the campaign, points were transferred to the destination DID at midnight on the migration date.
How to check your final balance
- Go to https://otoco.io/points.
- Click Connect and authenticate with the wallet (or email DID) you used during Season 1.
- Your Final Eligible Points are shown along with a breakdown of how they were earned.
The dashboard authenticates against the same Privy login you use on the rest of OtoCo. Multiple wallets connected to the same Privy DID share a single points balance.
Known limitations (Season 1)
These are documented in Points Campaign Limitations:
- Actions made through a multisig wallet (e.g. via a Safe) did not accrue points during this phase. Points are credited only to the direct signing wallet.
- Some point types update in real time; others required up to midnight to settle.
- The Account Points and History endpoints are cached for up to 3 minutes β recently earned points may not appear immediately.
- You must have had > 5 points on Settlement Day to be eligible for token claims.
What about Season 2?
When a new season opens, this page will be updated with the rules, earning mechanics, and Settlement Day date. Until then, the campaign page is the canonical record of Season 1.
Tip: Even between seasons, OtoCo continues to recognise activity on your entity (renewals, new entities, plugins) β that activity may count toward future allocations even if the visible points balance isn't refreshing.
Frequently asked questions
I see 0 points. Did I lose them?
Check that you're connected with the same wallet or email you used during the campaign. Points are tied to your Privy DID. If you've merged or rotated wallets, log in with the original.
Can I sell or transfer my points?
No. Points are non-transferable and exist only inside OtoCo. They convert to OTOCO at Settlement Day per the rules above.
My multisig made actions during Season 1 β can I claim those points retroactively?
No. Multisig-originated actions were explicitly excluded from Season 1 point accrual. This is documented in Points Campaign Limitations.
